We started as a community of Strengths Coaches, where Gallup-trained and Gallup-certified coaches came together to learn from each other, share wins, network and collaborate.

Strengths Philippines is a registered non-profit organization that aims to build a stronger Philippines through Strengths and Strengths-based solutions.

We do this through partner outreach initiatives, working with beneficiaries to bring Strengths to those who need coaching and support but would otherwise not be able to afford it.

Our Community Profile

To date, our community has over 250 members and is composed of Gallup-Trained and Gallup-Certified coaches who use Strengths in their coaching and consulting of organizational development.

With applications in all aspects of life, from Career, Relationship, Spirituality, Family, and Child Upbringing, and more, the range of impact our coaches have on their clients and the Philippines is broad and diverse.

We also welcome Strengths champions whose lives have been transformed by Strengths and those who continually want to deepen their knowledge and appreciation of Strengths in a supportive community.

Join the Community

Our coaches come from a variety of backgrounds and are a mix of:

Independent coaches and consultants who build their business around the practice and
philosophy of Strengths Coaching, or who integrate Strengths with other frameworks;
Internal coaches or HR Practitioners who use it within their organizations;
Managers who use Strengths and Coaching in their work and for their teams; and,
Spiritual Community leaders who use Strengths and Coaching to develop church
leaders

In support of our coach-members' continuous development and learning, the community hosts a regular Meetup every Saturday of the month.

EMPOWERCON

(Annual Strengths Conference)

To further our vision of seeing more Filipinos aware of and using their Talents and Strengths in their everyday lives, we organize the biggest community-led and coach-led Strengths conference in the world.

AHEAD with Strengths

This is the mission arm of Strengths Philippines. We bring Strengths coaching to the underserved.

During the pandemic, coaches donated their coaching time and provided assessment codes to coach 100 medical practitioners.

Since then, we have worked with communities in faith-based organizations serving the Payatas community, youth leaders, and others.
